We are especially excited at this time because throughout 2007 we are celebrating our 20th anniversary! WFMCC began in 1987, and we are proud of the two decades of life-changing and life-saving ministry we have provided. We are truly excited about our present and our future! We envision a day when Wichita Falls MCC will be made up of several hundred members, carrying out a wide variety of ministries that reach throughout Wichita Falls and beyond. Today, our current ministries include:

TruBluU: A monthly support and social activity group for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning young people. Please call the church office at (940) 322-4100 or email lbrown@wichitafallsmcc.org for complete details.

Children’s Church Team: We provide Children’s Church for the youngest ones among us every Sunday during our regular worship service at 11 a.m. We always need more adults who feel called to provide this critically important ministry. We have a beautiful room designed just for children, filled with everything they need for their own spiritual experience every Sunday.

Voices in Praise (VIP) Choir: For everyone who finds joy in singing praises to our God!

Liturgical Dance Team: Whether you think you can dance or not, you are invited to help us celebrate our love for God in an embodied way through liturgical dance in several worship services throughout the year.

Congregational Care Team (CCT): Members of the CCT are available to pray with you, provide communion, and to make hospital and pastoral care visits.

Building & Grounds Ministry Team: Worship and prayer are essential for every church, and so is mowing and trimming! The Building & Grounds Ministry Team keeps us looking our best.
